England rugby union fixtures will come thick and fast this year, with both the men’s and women’s sides in action.

Having won the Women’s Rugby World Cup last year, the Red Roses became the first team to win the Six Nations title directly after lifting the World Cup. They’re are set to take on Australia, Canada and New Zealand later in September and October’s WXV Global Series. They’ll then be out to win a ninth consecutive Women’s Six Nations title next spring.

  • The world champion Red Roses return to action in the WXV Global Series. Their first game is against Australia on Saturday 12 September 2026.
  • The men’s team’s next game is in the Nations Championship, hosting Australia on Sunday 8 November.
  • Fixtures for the Men’s and Women’s Six Nations 2027 have been announced.

After delivering their worst ever Men’s Six Nations performance earlier this year, Steve Borthwick’s men’s team showed signs of recovery in the inaugural Nations Championship, where they lost to the double world-champion Springboks but beat Fiji and Argentina.

Their Nations Championship campaign continues with games against Australia, Japan and New Zealand in November, before they head into massive 2027 featuring the Six Nations and the Men’s Rugby World Cup.
