The two Scottish sides are the early pace-setters, with Edinburgh a point ahead of Glasgow Warriors at the top of the URC table. Just behind them are three South African sides, the Bulls, the Stormers and the Sharks, with Cardiff heading into the weekend in sixth.
The Welsh side welcome the Sharks, just one point ahead of them in the table, to Cardiff Arms Park in one of the weekend’s most intriguing fixtures – it’s free on S4C for viewers in the UK.
But there’s no question the biggest match is taking place in Dublin, where Leinster will take on Irish rivals Munster, both of whom find themselves in the lower half of the league.
Below you’ll find details of where to watch United Rugby Championship live streams around the world, including options to watch Cardiff v Sharks and Connacht v Zebre Parma for free. We also explain how you can use a VPN to watch your usual service from wherever you are on the planet.
You’ll find all of this weekend’s fixtures at the bottom of the page.

In round 4 you can watch the following URC live stream:
- Friday 23 October Cardiff v Sharks (kick-off: 7.45pm BST)
Ireland
Free-to-air Irish language broadcaster TG4 will show at least 26 URC live streams this season, and will also have coverage of the grand final in June.
This weekend you can watch the following fixture:
- Friday 23 October Connacht v Zebre Parma (kick-off: 7.45pm BST)
This weekend’s other six URC matches are also available on subscription service Premier Sports in both the UK and Ireland – more on that below.
